Kevin "Napoleon" Singleton, 34, has been arrested by the Adams County Sheriff's Office. Singleton's arrest was made at approximately 10 a.m. on Monday, July 25.
The seizure of one kilo of cocaine and more than one pound of high-grade hydroponic marijuana prompted ACSO deputies and agents from Metro Narcotics and the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics to begin an investigation that led officers to Singleton's Natchez residence.
After searching the house where Singleton was currently residing, deputies and agents found more than $800 in pre-paid credit cards and $800 in cash, along with two fire arms - a Smith & Wesson .357 Magnum revolver with its serial number obliterated and a .22 rifle - and stolen property.
A warrant was issued for the arrest of Singleton on charges of receiving stolen property. Singleton is also facing charges for the possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. More charges are pending and will be forthcoming.
According to Sheriff Chuck Mayfield, more arrests are expected to be made as this investigation continues.
