Dear Citizens of Adams County,
My agency has received several calls from citizens stating that they are getting phone calls from people asking for money to be donated to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office. THIS IS A SCAM, no employee from the Adams County Sheriff’s Office will call and solicit money over the phone. If you have received these calls or received any in the future, please call 911 and report it. Thank you and please be cautious when giving information over the phone.
